Are your Limousines inspected?

Our limousines are inspected with our in-house service team. To make sure each limo continues to meet our highest standards in safety when serving our customers.

Do you allow smoking in the Limousines?

No smoking is never allowed in the Limousines.

What will my chauffeur be wearing?

Your driver will look professional and will dress appropriately for your occasion.

When does my rental start?

The rental starts when the Limousine arrives to pick you up. If you are scheduled for a 4 hour Limousine rental from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm. The Limousine will be there at 5:30 pm ready to pick you up. The rental ends at the time the driver drops you off at the desired drop off location at 9:30pm.

What if we need to go over our time?

Please call our office to extend the rental as soon as possible. If the car is not booked, you are welcome to extend the time.

How soon do I make my reservation?

Limousine trips are booked on a first reserve basis. If you know you need a limousine on a specific date and time.

What will my chauffeur be wearing?

Your driver will look professional and will dress appropriately for your occasion.

What if we need to go over our time?

Please call our office to extend the rental as soon as possible. If the car is not booked, you are welcome to extend the time.

Cancellation Policy

Once trip is booked with a paid deposit. If trip is cancelled for the specific date, then a credit certificate valid for postponing the trip will be issued and can be used for up to 1 year. We do ask that if you plan to cancel that you please give us 24 hours before cancelled reservation.

Do you provide alcohol?

We do not provide alcohol but you can bring your own. Everyone in party must be over 21.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes we are fully licensed and insured.

How do I know which Limo?

At the time of the booking you will determine which limo you will book based on your preference, group size and budget. That Limo will pick you up on the date of your special event.

How do I rent the limo?

Once you know the date of your special event and the size of your party, please give us a call. We will make your reservation over the phone and email you your confirmation letter within 24 hrs. The confirmation letter is your proof of the reservation with us. You do not need to call or reconfirm but please let us know if any there are any changes to the time or party size, prior to your trip.

Does the Limo wait for us outside?

Once the customers are dropped off the driver will park the limousine as close to your destination. For your convenience, please give the driver 5 minute notice once you are ready to be picked up. Please note that at some locations won’t allow limousines to park directly outside waiting for customers, so the driver might have to go around the block. Please wait for your driver outside the location.

We booked for 10 people, but few more friends joined us. Can they join us?

Each vehicle has a certain capacity that cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons. If your party is larger than expected, please call our office to upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Do we rent a Limousine by the hour?

Our Limousines are rented by the hour and the fee depends on the size and style of the vehicle. We require a four hour minimum on a limousine rental.

Can we bring our own music?

Absolutely! All vehicles are equipped with CD players and outstanding surround sound system some with IPod hookups. Bring your favorite tunes and enjoy the ride.

Can I rent the Limo for my kids?

Yes we do a variety of special occasions for kids. We ask that there is an adult to chaperone on any children’s activities.

How long do I need a Limo for?

The length of the rental depends on your needs and your plans. We can work with you and help make your day a special one. Once the Limousine picks you up, it is yours for the duration of the rental. The driver will take you anywhere you need to go.

What if we forget something in a Limo?

Please call us as soon as you realize you left something. All our vehicles are cleaned at the end of the rental and all lost items are placed in our lost/found bin. We will make arrangements with you to get item back to you.
